Reviews

“We visited Coast Coffee for the first time on Saturday. We were a party of about 35, wanting somewhere to have some sandwiches, cakes and a cuppa after attending the internment of mums ashes at Allerton Cemetery. We booked the upstairs rooms at Coast to accommodate us, and we were so glad we did. Despite it being over the lunch period and being so busy downstairs, we were given excellent service by all the staff. The sandwiches were beautiful, the bread was lovely and so many people commented on it. The cakes were out of this world-especially the lemon drizzle and the home made scones – beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coast to anyone. Thank you to Karen and Michelle and the rest of the staff for all their attention, it made a special day even more special. “

“As a devoted lover of coffee and great places to simply chill out and read the paper or for a quick bite – breakfast at the weekend or lunch midweek – Coast is a terrific addition to Woolton Village. There is a lovely ambiance and mood in here, the food is spot on and the staff are friendly, welcoming and provide great service. Be hard to find a better choice in the area and while I regularly visit the “chains” this independent coffee shop beats them hands down! “

“I went to Coast with 3 old friends. .we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table. We were chatting and admiring the decor when our lovely waitress came and helped us in our choiced while explaining how an empty unloved shell became the building it is now…hard work has transformed the ugly duckling into a beautiful swan! Excellent food in generous portions made us have the gorgeously yummy cakes as a take away option. This is certainly a visit I will be repeating and I intend to bring anyone I can just so I can get my hands on the pulled pork again.”
